Our Founder

Francesca K. Augustine, CEO

Francesca K. Augustine MFA (she/they) is an artist, activist, theorist and entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in contemporary art markets. Francesca has successfully built and managed non-profits, developed systems and protocols for International art fairs, served as an art advisor to corporate clients, and worked with galleries and institutions in all seven continents. Francesca is passionate about art and dedicated to building systems to support artists and the art community.

Our Team

Nate Bergey, VP of Ecosystem Growth

Nate Bergey (they/them) is a results-driven business development professional with 5+ years of experience driving growth and operational excellence. Expert in building scalable sales systems, managing 500+ client accounts, and leading cross-functional teams to exceed performance targets. With a degree in Music Education from Temple University, Nate brings a soulful artistic understanding to client acquisition. 

Romina Rosciano Fantino, Director of Development LATAM

Romina R. Fantino (she/her) is an Argentinean based artist, art scholar and early researcher of blockchain technologies. She is a Fulbright Scholar with a master’s in science Innovation and Management and Entrepreneurship from Fox School of Business at Temple University, a PhD Student in History and Theory of the Arts from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Buenos Aires, a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in Painting and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and Letters from the National University of Tucumán.

Progress (Koxy) Ochuko Eyaadah - Senior blockchain engineer

Progress Ochuko Eyaadah, popularly known as Koxy, is a Senior Blockchain Engineer with over four years of experience across both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.

She has hands-on experience building on the Stellar blockchain and actively helps projects design and develop their solutions within the ecosystem. Progress is passionate about mentoring the next generation of African blockchain talent, bringing both technical depth and a strong commitment to advancing blockchain innovation in Africa.

Isaac Osamor - Engineer, front end developer

Isaac Osamor is a Full Stack Software Engineer focused on building modern digital experiences across web and mobile. He works across the entire product lifecycle from frontend interfaces and backend integrations to deployment workflows and performance optimization.

He has experience developing scalable applications using technologies such as React Native, Next.js, and API-driven architectures, with a strong focus on product quality, usability, and engineering efficiency.

Passionate about technology, product thinking, and continuous improvement, Isaac enjoys building systems that simplify complex problems and create impactful user experiences.

Katrina Melnik

Katrina Melnik is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she studied both economics and applied mathematics. She held numerous leadership positions on campus, including with the school’s student-led venture capital group and the National College Federal Reserve Challenge team. She is currently attending the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for her Master’s in Finance.
